Ms Mahija Thomas

Our librarian Mrs. Mahija Thomas is knowledgeable and well qualified professional. She has completed her masters (M.Lisc) from Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Institute of Management Technology and Research, Nagpur.

She is dedicatedly working with our institute from past 13 years and providing guidance in research techniques, tools techniques of references and information retrieval. She has wide understanding of fine arts subjects and provides assistance to staff and students related to specially fine arts history, new trends in arts and other theory subjects. She guides students for projects, dissertations and ad- campaigns with her wide knowledge and varied library collection.

Our students are keen and happy to discuss concepts and ideas with her on varied topics, also providing them current awareness services. She has expertise in communication, new technologies, planning and execution of innovative library events and exercises for students. We yearly organise book exhibition, museum visits, guest lecturers to inculcate visual value addition and reading habits among our students. Her encouraging and enthusiastic approach towards students is helpful in conducting executing academic activities in our college.
