Shri Pankaj Dawande

 

Mr.Pankaj Dawande has completed Bachelor degree in commerce from Nagpur University in year 1994. He has done Certificate Course in Advance Photography from SHARI ACADEMY OF ADVANCE PHOTOGRAPHY MUMBAI in 1997.He has done Diploma in Photography from Mumbai Technical Board, Mumbai in 2009 and Masters of Fine Arts (Stage technique) from Nagpur University in 2015.

He has been working as a Freelance Photographer since 1990. He is regularly worked as Local Enquiry Committee member of Kavikulaguru kalidas Sanskrit university, Ramtek. H e is AISHE HRD Ministry Nodel officer for CENTRAL INDIA SCHOOL OF FINE ARTS since 2012.

He has participated in many shows and contest such as National Photo Contest on the theme of INDIA turns 50 today Conducted by Photo Division (Min. of I&B, Govt. of INDIA) in 1997, 11 Orange City Photographers Club's Photo Exhibitions held on the occasion of World Photography Day, CISFA's Monsoon Bonanza Group Show in 2008, Photography contest and exhibition at SCZC's Orange City Craft Mela in 2012, CISFA's Monsoon Bonanza DWITIYA Group Show in 2012, RANGAYAN Art Gallery's Inaugural Group Show in 2013,’IMPERIAL RAJASTHAN' a Solo Show in 2014, CISFA'S "DASHAKAVISHKAR" Group Show in 2014, South Central Zone Cultural Centre’s 28th NEC Group Show in 2015, ‘SANWADI CHEHERE’ Group Show by Central India School of Fine Arts in 2015, South Central Zone Cultural Centre’s 28th NEC Group Show in 2016 and ‘Mahakalpa Artists Academy’ Exhibition of Digital painting 2022.

He has participated in Advance workshop on Portrait, still life lighting & Professional techniques Conducted by Mr. Girish Mistry Mumbai in 1997, ‘Kodak Profoto 100’ workshop on studio Photography Conducted by Mr. Rajoo Solanki Mumbai in 1998, and ‘Kodak Profoto 100’ workshop on studio lighting Techniques & Portraits Conducted by Mr. Hari Mahindar Mumbai in 1999.

He has expertise in conducting contest and workshops in Photography subject. He has conducted 2 Photography exhibitions of OCPC (Orange City Photographers Club Nagpur as an Organiser. He has also conducted workshop of Photography in RAISONY Collage of Engineering, Nagpur. He has successfully conducted 3 exhibitions of Painting on the occasion of Sanskrit week organised by Kavikulaguru kalidas Sanskrit university, Ramtek. Coordinated with CISFA students& staff at AIOC international Conference of Sanskrit under the guidance of Hon. VC Shri Shrinivasa Varkhedi , Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit university, RAMTEK in 2019.

He actively participates in philanthrophic activies. He led a social drive of distributing free food to 2000 needy people per day for 3 months in COVID-19 period with the support of KKSU NSS unit. He has received Color Processing training at Godrage& Kiss, Vikroly MUMBAI in 1994 and Photoshop Training from Mr. Vilas Bhende MUMBAI.

He is presently working as HOD Department of Photography, Administrator and NSS Coordinator at CENTRAL INDIA SCHOOL OF FINE ARTS, NAGPUR
